用途は固形がんの局所兵糧攻めによる新療法！

対象

あらゆる標準療法（外科的切除・医薬品・放射線）を試みたが、治癒に至らず治療選択肢のない“がん難民”

スケジュール

現在、動物POCの確立を目標に医科大学と共同研究中で、2030年までの上市を目指している。

特徴

自然由来の生体適合物質からなり、生分解性で一定時間後には体外に排泄される極めて安全で安価で薬効はない高度管理医療機器 クラス３(PMDA)/Class II(FDA)に相当。

内容物を徐放するDDS担体（非バースト型）の可能性も高い。

知財

PCT出願特許が日本・欧州で特許登録済み、米国では審査中。

Hydrogel microparticles are being developed as a medical device

a new therapy for locally starving solid cancers!

Targets

"Cancer refugees" who have tried all standard treatments (surgical resection, medicines, radiation) but have not been cured and have no treatment options

Schedule

The company is currently conducting joint research with a medical university with the goal of establishing an animal POC, with the aim of bringing the product to market by 2030.

Features

It is made of naturally derived biocompatible materials, is biodegradable, and is excreted from the body after a certain period of time, making it extremely safe, inexpensive, and non-medicinal. It is a highly regulated medical device equivalent to Class 3 (PMDA)/Class II (FDA).

There is also a high possibility that it will be a DDS carrier that slowly releases its contents (non-burst type).
